Does a slow internet means...

My ISP currently has some problems, so the speed of the internet is really slow, pings are high etc.
The same day I noticed the sluggishness, BF2 took like 4 times the time it took before to connect and get to the main menu, from clicking "Multiplayer" to actually getting to the multiplayer screen takes like 30 seconds and same for "Connect to IP".
Apparently, only the server loading screen has remained as before.

So does a problem in the ISP servers or just a slow internet make BF2 browser go terribly slow?

try this... phone your ip provider and say you are geting a very low connection (lie out your teeth) ask them if they cant boost the connection or maybe upgrade the line or so it's worth i try

I've been getting connection problems and crashes since I registered, i'm changing to another ISP this week. With triple the speed
