We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
In most games, the best ones seem to happen late night (11pm-3am PST) after the American kiddy asshats go to bed. Who's on playing at that time I have no idea but it's a great crowd.
Not sure where the best players are from, but here's a few of my experiences:
UK players are fun. I don't play infantry very often, but I remember joining a squad with this guy from Scotland, he was absolutely freakin hilarious (a little tipsy) and constantly swearing (but in a fun way). And for all that he wasn't even that bad, it was a blast.
French players are arrogant (not all of course, just sharing some experiences). I joined a pre-game server and these french guys were in a chopper, I had taken a jet. Usually I never mess with the choppers in those situations, I figure they are probably just practicing or something and I'm not out to make people miserable. However, these guys started taunting me for some reason, saying I couldn't take them down in a chopper vs. jet fight. I told them it's not that, it's just way too easy for the jet. They kept taunting so then I started taking them down -- very, very quickly. After a few times, all the sudden they say they were only joking and I was right, choppers are too easy for jets, land and meet us on the carrier. LOL, bye guys.
Yet another time on a pre-game french server, after joining the very first words I see in chat are ricain and cheeseburger, hahaha. I knew these guys were dissing Americans (prolly assumed I was one because of my ping or something), but I didn't say anything. One of them gets up in a J10 and I take him down quickly. Then I see words the ricain and morte, I knew he was mad and coming for me . I got him a few more times, but he was never successful, good fun.
Regarding pilots, for some reason it seems many Scandinavians enjoy piloting in BF2 and are good. However, the very best (and worst also it seems :p) I've met are from the US.
seriously, I dont think the best players are norrowed down to any one particular country, I believe that each country provides the BF2 community with equal amounts of skilled players and a$$hats

The best players are from France they seem to value a fake military over a real one because when war breaks out they SURRENDER.
They're still around, aren't they? Must have worked... now the question remains. Will your beloved USA survive while antagonizing the rest of the world?
Entity, just ignore the kid, if he's lucky to grow up with an education, then he will know the truth about his country and spend the rest of his life with feelings of guilt and shame his constant companions.
I cant say exactly were the best layers are from...but through my years of internet gaming Ivefound each region has its own attitude..but in saying such Id hate to lump everyone together.
By far the coolest people Ive played with are UK, Aussies, Canadanians all seem the same...being an American when I play with these guys its Like playing with a neighbor sort of. Same humor, same language etc..
I think it just has to do with alot of similarity in cultures and such.
I will say tho that they seem more laid back, expecially Canadians..which I feel is do to them living in a very liberal government. Even when I travel between US and Canada its hardly noticable, just feels more laid back north of the border.
The Dutch/Norway/ scandanavian etc.. they always seem a little odd..goofy to be honest
I hate to say it but they always come off as super nice and happy people. I blame it all on Amsterdam.
Germans/Asians...hardcore gamers, will cheat, cuss, go nuts etc.. they live and breathe competition and love to crush people with eithier there gameplay or attitude.
French always seem rude, even when there not meaning to be rude they can seem arrogant.
I guess that covers all the bases. I havent really played with many Middle Easterners, Africans or South Americans.

server wise, i have my most kicks from german servers..they dont seem to like soloing (but i mostly play on german servers).....encountered the most asses on french servers.....best players....a mixture of british and norweigian IMHO...but i only play on french, german and english servers so i can't comment on other countries.
If I had to say the country with the most skill would have to be Japan. I know they use tatics that arn't... well loved by others. but they get the job done.
No question the funnest players to play with are the English and Canandians.
