Custom Localization Files

So I've been using the custom localization files from FFOLKES (in the BF2 Discussion section), and I'm really used to the messages.

I know PR is supposed to make the game more real, but I almost have no idea if I kill someone. Is there a way to modify the localization files to get messages like the ones in BF2?
Does this take away from the whole idea of PR?

Don't just come here to flame. I am a PR noob, but I'm just curious is all.

Nope.

It's taken out for a reason. You shouldn't know what you were killed with and from where. Likewise, you should have to visually confirm your kills instead of being notified via text.

Eventually, the scoreboard (or simply the 'kill' counter on the scoreboard) will be removed and only viewable at the end of a round, so one cannot confirm kills that way.
