Thou a skillful operator can improve his crappy equipment if he knowns the floors the equipment as..

There is many many thread on the subject of the f-35 and how best to use do a search and you should find all the info you need.. also look at metalicas video in his sign.. great video showing how a f-35 should be flown.

Height is your only real advantage, if you fly the F-35 you have to really sneak around.

If you're in that plane, the best you're doing is keeping the other jets grounded.
