Any chance you used a different email when you created the account, as oppose to the email your using to recover it with?

did u use a valid email?i didnt so i dont think i can change my name and stuff but its not lik ei need to.

hey I had a logging in problem on a few different occasions, when I opened up the game and it attempted to connect to account server......it said something along the lines of "unable to connect, user already logged in" or something like that
and whats weird is I got a few new favorite victims that I dont ever remember seeing in the game

any idead whats causing that???

I've just had the same thing happen to me so what I did was delete my account and then retrieve it using my in game name and my password and it worked,

EDIT: you will loose your favs and all the settings.

Ok the same thing happend to me a few months ago and I never got it back I had 51k points ranked less then a week ago (like 5 months ago past tense) I tried the EA support center sent them a E-mail, No help not a supprise. Tried changing my password 2 times, No help. But in that E-mail it said that if you can't log into your accoung within 5 days you will most likely not be able to log into it ever again. Well I can only hope that you get your account back but if it dose not then GET OVER IT (sorry to be hostle about it).
