Just downloaded this mod and when I start it up I click on the Multiplayer tab and it AUTOMATICALLY crashes me to desktop. Any idea why?!

sure you have .5 and all other previous versions uninstalled?

Yep, I have v0.5.0.6 and its the only version I have.

Yeah everything is right.

I finally got it working though. Just for reference here is what my problem was:

When I installed the PR mod I left it on the default settings throughout the install process. The problem was when you get to select what you install (i.e. Full, Custom etc..) it was on Custom. I changed that to Full and everything works now.
