OMG, just find another server. People don't need to make a thread about every server they get kicked from, or servers that break some stupid list of rules that obviously no one including EA cares about.

as far as Mad Max server, when I first started playing BF2 I played there alot, was asked by C4 Ghost to join them on Vent, so I dl'd vent and went on, and I do have to tell you I seen/heard with my own eyes/ears many many many many times they kicked a guy because they wanted the helo/jet and they used the excuse that they required you to have vent and be on their channel, thats why I quit playing there, good players, excellent pilots.....but they teamstack BAD, admin abuse is rampant with many people posting on their forum about it, and they have an all around in general "Im GOD and Im better than you" attitude and "get out of MY plane"
Preventing means stop, prohibit. Their rule is "no vent, no fly/drive" - which means they prohibit you from flying unless you have VENT.

sad part is they are not kids, Top Gun Greg is retired from the military I believe, and alot of the clan members/admins are ex military.......so they are NOT kids, just idiots
Mad Max server is the sme server Desert Fox had admin problems with, they ended up banning him from the server and forums I believe
I Alt+Tab and connect whenever I see a server with their vent or TS info in the server message. Better gaming experience, more teamwork, more engrossing, more kills, more wins. What's the big deal. Either download vent and connect just to fly on their server, or find a new one. Is it really that big of a deal? I respect clans with public vents, I try to respect server rules adminned by server owners and clan members. I'm playing for free, I might as well talk to them and get a heads up about the tank around the corner/three guys at so and so flag.

yes - we have our bad apple or two
I try REAL hard to keep it under control
but alas - cannot always be there
and yes - we do have complaints listed in our forums
but the praise far out weighs it
