Re: the noobish thing you've ever done
Alright, I'm reviving this thread since... geezz... I'm always doing all of these tings and then some.
I especially like falling off the ledge of the tallest building on the map as a sniper because I forgot what side of the building I'm on. That's always a nice surprise. I'm not all that quick with a parachute either...
I was on one map, Dragon Valley I think it was as USMC on the carrier with both jets newly respawned. I hop in one to take off, and get t-boned by the other that was taking off at the same time. I don't know which of us was the noob that time
I've gotten obliterated by my own BH landing on my head. Bailed out when I took damage, the bird kept flying upwards, stalled and crashed down on me and a teammate while trying to cap a flag.
Forgetting which mouse button to click when tossing a grenade is fun. Having the pin in my hand and wondering where that grenade just went when I didn't see it get tossed in the air like I expected...
I've tossed medpacks down on enemies shooting at me because I wasn't able to switch weapons in time.
Emptying a clip into an enemy medic and still managing to get paddled to death.
Figuring I'd stunt fly for a bit on Wake Island and crash into my teammate's talk crossing a bridge while I'm trying to fly under it.
Getting switched teams by the server and forgetting I was now C4ing my own commander's assets.
Driving a tank, seeing a vehicle approaching from the distance, taking a pop shot at it thinking it's an enemy and then seeing 3 TK messages appear after the explosion. I was banned from the server at that point.

+ +
I know, I said wine not beer but it's my thing ok!) Anyway, I logged in to my clan ventrilo only to find out that our BF2 server was dead. One of my clanmates is on and invites me to join him on a public server. We form a squad and off we go. He is supply and I am SpecOps. We are playing Warlord and join the game in progress. Somehow, we both get confused as to which team we are on and which set commander assets are ours. (BTW, my buddy was also under the influence of his own favorite beverage as well! So shoot us, we are hard working fathers that needed down time on a Saturday night! ) We run run around unmolested blowing up all the artillary, radars, UAV, vehicles etc. in the area, nobody says a thing. We move out of the area and I get killed soon after. While waiting to respawn I take a quick peak at my stats only to be shocked to see that I am sitting on a huge negative number. At first we are confused. When we finally figure it out, we can't even play for a few minutes as we are laughing so hard at how stupid we were and how we must look like either the biggest NOOBS there ever was or the biggest jerks!
