I know you have to be the first in the server at the end of the round to get gold, and so on, but on those good days where I team up with a good chopper pilot, I get about 6-7 medals in a row, but only one shows up. Why is this?

Huh?
It's probably just a delay in the server. You can't get more than one in a round, but you can definitely get them in successive rounds. -

i know exactly what he means. If you get the same medal in a row, (ie. 5 gold medals - 5 first places) it doesn't show up in the little panel but it still gets added to your total number...if that makes sense.Comment

Ah... so it has nothing to do with Gold, which he mentions...
I get it now. I'm a little slow with nothing to do. Read it again though... it is confusing = Huh? in my first post...
I know certain medals are only awarded once in your stats even if you see it pop-up in the game more than once. For example, everyone who has received the Purple Heart will only show one regardless how many times someone meets the criteria.
As for the awards you would want more than once... I guess that applies to some of those as well. I don't know because I have none of the ones you want. But you won't get multiples of the same one in the same round... is that close enough?
Come to think of it... after looking at the reqs. for the medals. I would say you can be awarded the ones with IAR reqs more than once... (i.e. Distinguished, Combat Action, Helo. Combat, Air Combat, Armor Combat, Good Conduct, Purple Heart). But since you can't get more than one purple heart in the stats, then I have no idea.
Now I'm more confused. This circular logic is too much at this hour.Comment

I've gotten a ridiculous amount of them but only maybe 10 of each show up.

if you got say, a silver star 4 days ago, then got one today, it adds one to your stats but the star will be removed from the appropriate place(4 days ago) in the last 10 awards panel thing and put at the front.Comment

You can earn as many G, S, B as you like in a day, but in BFHQ it will only show the last day you earned it, but the total will of gone up by the amount you won!
So basically it goes by the date last earned!Comment

No, the thing is, with some chopper whoring, I get the gold several rounds in a row, but only ONE is added to the last 10 rounds thing, and only one is added to the total count. One time I got something like silver-bronze-silver but nothing showed up. Is there a player limit for this? Most of the time it happens on 16 player servers, but sometimes it happens on 64 players :hmm:Comment

It should count every time... but I don't know if there is a cap limit or time limit.
