Updating Probelsm

Hello everyone! I'm new to total-bf2 so help me out at first.

My problem is that when i trying installing 1.41 patch and the installer freezes. So i assume that i need the 1.4 patch. So i download that and install it and it says that i need the 1.3 patch. Then i asked a friend from my xfire what i had to do and he said install the 1.21 patch. All this is making me confused because it would be easier if i knew what version my game current is.

you only ever need to install patch 1.41 if it doesn't work properly from one download source use another,

Ok i fixed it! I installed v 1.21 then installed v1.41 and its fixed now :)

ok, now my mouse is deciding not to work. it works fine on everything else but as soon as i get to the spawn page when you choose your spawn point and kit it stops working. Anyone know why?

Reset your controls to default and it'll work. (in the controls settings just press the Default button)
