No awards in Infantry Only maps

All of you old school, hard core soldiers probably already know this, but my son (LCpl_Hoff) and I (GySgtHoff) notice that we were not being awarded the Meritorious Unit Ribbon or the Valorous Unit Ribbon on Infantry Only (IO) maps. I tried it on a non-infantry only map and was easily awarded the Valorous Unit ribbon (did not meet the 26-minute mark for the Meritorious ribbon). I guess they are not awarding the ribbons on IO maps since it is so easy to rack up points. It seems to be counting towards the medals though. Anyone else notice this? Semper Fi.

No, all of us old school, hardcore soldiers wouldn't know this because we've already had those ribbons long before IO was around.

Yeah there's no diff. I've been jipped on a lot of medals/ribbons on non-IO maps and IO maps on many occasions.

I rarely play I/O maps anyways. I hate how most servers seem to be I/O now. If you don't get ranks for it, then they should get filtered out with other unranked games.
