Can a squad be successful just attacking the enemy and not focusing on taking flags?
I really enjoy working in a squad. I usually try to lead my squad to take flags, but I am wondering if going after the enemy would be more productive. Would you follow a squad leader who was issuing orders to attack a tactical position instead of a flag?
Also, why do people join squad and then not follow the squad leader? It seems to me that you join a squad to work together, but time and time again squad members are running off to do their own thing. I have even had people come on VOIP and say "don't give me orders." What?
Granted, right now I am not the best squad leader, but I am trying to get better.
Thanx.
