keep getting kicked because of antivirus

Hello,

I keep getting kicked off servers because of norton antivirus is there a way that i can turn off the AV part of Norton Internet Security but keep the firewall on with turning everything off?

the AV won't get you kick off a server unless it's for high ping when it's updating. it might be your firewall setting or something else. i know i had xp's firewall on and it kept getting me knocked off servers. i turned off xp's firewall and havn't had a problem since.

This is why no one likes NV there are better AV out there and there free.

I am using vista but with norton firewall but i have BF2 with allow to internet settings.

mrpoptart01 - I used the free stuff for 6 years. This is a new comp with vista and i decided to get norton.

I know what it is now! It was punkbuster that wanted to get updated. I updated it using pbsetup.exe and now it is fine. Now i know that when ever i get kicked is because there's an update to PB.
