Well basically you have 1 Special Forces guy, 1 Support, rest snipers/medics... then the special forces plops the c4 onto the ground... this is the squad leader... he takes a step back... rushes at the c4 and detonates and woosh he goes flying into the air... then he can parachute down ontop of the tallest buildings (Even possible with roof of hotel @ karkand), then you get a support up there to help resupply c4... and resupply the snipers... and overall you should all get a decent amount of points...

Also for some more C4 fun... try camping popular routes with 1 peice of c4 stuck to the wall... doesnt take much skill to press a button and get a kill now does it?... its fun and easy...

Before you ask, yes i am one of those noobs always with the RDX/APM/Lambert setup on bf2142

Yeah, it's fun... But when the enemy finally takes the flag, you have nothing to do.

Yeah that's what a smart squad leader will ask his teammates to do. I saw that on some servers; unless MEC side is full of beginners, one such MEC squad on top of Hotel means sure lost for USMC side. That's because average pubbers will just rush into Hotel again and again wasting ticket, regardless warning from commander.

But then it's the commander's job to artillery that hotel to hell...

...which many don't do and so yes, the US loses.
