Yup same nuke effect as seen before a few times. Created by Satnav and given to the community amongst other surplus mod content he had after Allied Intent disbanded. A few mods out there have aquired his "freeware" content for themselves now.

The nuke can be found in 3-4 different mods. Make sure you are up pretty high when flying and you drop it or you will blow yourself to bits. The nuke has been around for awhile now and is also in a handheld version that you just place and wait for the timer on it to expire. You have 20 seconds to get the heck out of there and take cover.
