It all depends, If there is a high seeder rate and you have opened your ports for torrents, then torrents would be faster. At this point, I would select a direct download. :)

in my experience, torrents are usually slower than direct connect, but another goood thing about torrents is that u can shut down ur computer for the night, and hten when u restart, u can download from where u left off. but i dont think ucan do that with the ohter thing
