weird texture problem

hi guys got a problem 3 times ive had this and its always the same place.
karkand ware house i get a texture going threw the middle of the building.
never seen it any were else but there.
was playing on a mod had my graphics setting on low.
would it be my grapics card

my system p4 2gig ram x1600pro
i have a water cooling system but my main fan on my box is not working
my freind said not to worry about that as i have a water cooling system
but i starting to think i realy need the fan going
has anyone else had this happen before
the graphics card is onley a month old

Id suggest reapplying the update and clearing the video cache to see if it is just a glitched file of some sort.

Click Go Advanced> in the toolbar click the paperclip, it will let you upload a picture if the pictures too big you can upload it to http://imageshack.us

i have had that it was due to my 7900gtx overheating

ive have onley one main fan thats not working quess i better get it fixed
card is onley a month old
might need to get a new box as the fan for the water cooler is blocking the holes were the main fan is
had a feeling it was the card over heating
plus this pc never stops im gameing or my bro is gameing on it
