3 men stood together, 2 as USMC; 1 as Medic 1 as say spec-ops, 1 as Mec as sniper.

the Mec Sniper knifes the USMC Spec-ops while the USMC Medic revives his dead comrade, that is stat padding as 1 is getting revives and the other is getting constant knife kills

I know a very, very, very, easy way to statpad, and you can do it alone, and it does not necessarily involve repair points. Not going to say how, stupid stat system is utter ****e anyway.

stat padding means doing ANYTHING that is NOT in the spirit of the game

1 guy chucking grenades and a supply guy standing by him
2 guys taking turn capture and -recapture flags etc

Unless your raping I'd say stat padding is where you earn silly amounts of points for minimum effort. As you play and read these forums more you'll soon spot a padder/s a mile off, but the examples given are pretty much what most padders do.

Also try and avoid K+P (knife and pistol) servers, this is also a form of padding as the use of kit is restricted and if anyone 'important' spots you actively playing in a K+P server your liable to have your stats reset.

It's increasing your (revives, resupplies, kills, repairs) through non-game play means.

An example could be as simple as damaging vehicles just to repair them.
