Ive gotten a global score of 2500+ and i still havent gotten my rank of sergeant?

Don't worry... rank means nothing other than first opportunity to command (if applied for). That, and unlocks...
Those are noob anyway. Either way, you will rank up soon enough.Comment

You have a few things that may be the cause!
1) slow account server days normally starts late Friday and runs till late Sunday, and whenever it feels like it. From time to time servers also have a little lag while communicating with the account server which can also delay stat uploads. This is normally what happens when you get the pop up and drum roll and the round ends without interruption but still can
2) Error between the account server and your account or the server you are playing on. This happens when you have met all the reqs but don't get the in game pop up and drum roll. This means you will still get the points but will either have to go into a different server or restart and rejoin during a new round to get your promotion or whatever you are trying for.
3) Problems with the server you are playing on. This means, while you may get the drum roll and pop up; something (server crash or just some random problem ) is wrong with the server you are on. Most of the time when this is the case a simple server reset will fix the problem, but the points and whatnot you got while the server was running with an error or before it crashed will be lost till the end of time.
My money is on slow upload.....the other two don't happen all that much.Comment
