POE2 crashes directly after startup

Hi there,

I'm quite new with this forum and BF2.

I'm playing occasionally SP and I like that.
I've downed the other day POE2 to see why so many people like this mod.
First I've installed PoE2-v1.0.0.0, than PoE2-v1.1.5.0 and finally PoE2-mappack-v1_client. After the installation a new desktop (POE2) icon appeared on my screen. I doubleclicked on that but after the BF2 splash screen the game Crashed To Desktop.
When I startup BF2 normally and when I go to Options and activate the mod there, I experience also a crash after the splash.

Questions: Is POE2 playable in SP and what do I wrong? Is there maybe a POE1 that I must install first? Or other software to make POE2 going?

I do not think there is a single player to POE2 but I might be wrong. Could that make the mod crash?

POE as you have it downloaded is only playable in multi player. If you would like to play singleplayer POE you need to download a further mod, find all the info you need here - http://www.pointofexistence.com/foru...p?showforum=94

Do you have a widescreen monitor?

If so, you may need to change the name of the 'movies' folder so the opening movie (which has a forced resolution) wont play.

So maybe there is hope for the SP in me.
I don't have a widescreen monitor so thats not the problem.
Maybe pointofexistence.com gives clearance.

I've joined the BFSP forum and I found there all the answers to play PoE2 in SP.
I've downed the minimod 3.5 and the four SP mappacks. The battle party is complete now.
Everything works fine!
