I dunno why but that precision bombing doesnt work for me

I fly at 50-100 and when the target comes to the bottom of my crosshair I drop bombs but they fly way over the target

good thing I love taking out AA guns with a canon

Ohhh and about squads I bought a ten buck headset and I'm trying to figure out how to "install" it??? any suggestions?

Should be pretty easy i dont know what your computer looks like but you should have 2 jacks by your USP ports where you can plug in the cable from your head set to your mic. you might have another cable that will not fit into the jacks that will need to be plugged into a USB port (these are usally in bigger more expensive headsets and used to draw power for the headset from the computer).

to test and see if it works click start then go to all programs, accesories,entertainments,sound recorder. press record (the circle) and say something then after you said something press pause and then drag the slider back to the beging and press play.

You should hear what you just said if not make sure everything is plugged in fully and if that dosnt work you may have the two jacks in the wrong place soswitch them around and try again. it should work.

I have tried the Precision Bombing videos and it dosnt work. I flew at 50 metres level with the horizon and put the target exactly where it explains on the videos and release. The bombs fly straight over the target and completly miss! Ive tried different speeds and even added an angle of 10' up and down to no effect. I tried in both the J10 and F-35.

Anyhow, i didnt give up, i practiced finding my own marks to go by and spent a few hours on my server alone just boming the hell out of wake! In the end i got the perftect technique that dosnt fail! I dived at roughly 60' onto my target from around 250+ M at high speeds and i place the centre of the crosshairs very slighlty above my target and boom! I then climb back up and do it again! Hits them every time!

I tried this technique with both the J10 and F-35 and i found that with the J10 i had to dive later and steeper to my target because of the extra speeds it carries - but still had the same effect! Perhaps the videos were pre 1.41 and the bombing on the jets have hanged slightly since? But theres no way with using the precision bombing technique will it work!

Stick with my way of bombing and your less likly to get killed by attackers anyway. Your using a dive which means greater speed, which means IF any missiles are fired at you, you have extra speed to bank and avoid them. Not to mention that flying level is easy pickings for players like myself whos a good shot with the tank and TV Missile.

s FLY LOW(over GROUND no water and take advantage of terrain and i mean anything) i find it EXTREMELY EASY to avoid j10s by practicing how to pull of crack stunts at low altitidue, some people flame those stunt guy that fly under bridge on wake alot or any bridge but those bridges are great for throwing off missles and so are the HUGE towers on daqing and dalian.

or if you cant get low becuase you are 200+ break in random direction use the roll that occurs when you pull up and roll at same time and try to get to high altitude, ive found that the j10 seems to stall first EVERY TIME, this is also great for bombers to get waway because fighters in generl sall first.

in terms of how to bomb i learned like this

10% instruction 90% your own spin and technique.

it started when sum1 on this thread said "high angle and high up on the line" i did that and it worked, eventually i was able to bomb from higher up, i learned to lead a fast moving target same way a sniper leads a target as distance" i learned to bomb at extremely low altitdues, i learned to bomb in the .75 seconds between when you just temprarily shook a j10 whore and when he got back on you tail.

take this advice and practice it then start doing your own stuff once you get it.
this just gives you a feel for the realtionship between angle,speed altitude.

come in at the highest angle possible, target higher up on line and during the phase when the 2 bombs aredropping pitch down to keep the target on the same point on line so both bombs hit the same spot.
low altitude means you dont have to "lead" the target, point n shoot.

high speed is better make bobms go fatser which also means less leading.

see precision bombing isnt really meant for intense battles. if you see my flying style video you will see i never use that method. that precision bombing is for when i know exactly where i want the bomb to hit but dont have to worry about being shot down by other jets. my prime example is bombing spawn points in wake island after capping airfield. i can target the spawn points perfectly, coz i know where they are without having to get low enough to get hit by SRAW's. And its also funner to bomb from higher up, makes the game more challenging.

-edit- probably not useful, but my newest video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnDAtgHo-m8 has plenty of shots where i used my precision technique. obvious case is at 25 seconds and the final scene show it can be very accurate, but just like everything in this game you cant perfect it in a week, its taken me over 90 hours of jets to get this accurate from that high up.

Dive bombing is obviously easy, but trying to get new players to understand the concept of that will result in endless crashes. so yeah use dive bombing most of the time, but if you wanna hit spawn points/jet hangars/ AA sites precision bombing is easier, for me anyway. Also im not going to put up a dive bombing video becuase 99% of players do it anyway, no one would learn anything new.

same one that apparently everyone uses, logitech extreme 3d pro. although i dont think its the best, its not as ergonomic as other brands.

There are plenty ways to get away in the F35, but you need pretty much full afterburners and flares, otherwise you're dead. I can get away most of the time but if they get the jump on you with half AB... say goodnight.

There's no reason to not have afterburners in an F-35. If you constantly mash your afterburner key, you're not flying right, and deserve to be shot down.

Climb to 650-700 and and you're faster without afterburners than any other jets with afterburners.

So right....EA doesnt do much research but then again its just a game!

I know much more about guns then I do planes but my fav two planes are the F/A 18 E/F super hornet! And the A10 thunderbolt ll Are those names right?

Oh and when I bomb its at about 50m then I fly level and it works fine....above 50 I only need to go downwards slightly and they always hit!

On that vid you made link too, well you were against noobs lol kiding but once I lock on J10 he turns and evades them....me too alll I do is pull hard right or left and whooosh the missles go for something else....when in J10 I dont use flares!

Oh another trick is when you get the missle tone wait and count to three then release flares
