All vehicles will not move - bug?

In the last few days, I have been on 3 separate servers where, in the middle of a round, all the vehicles I tried to drive would not move. They would make engine noise and twitch, but were stuck where they spawned. I have never seen this before. Interestingly enough, the first time I saw it was soon after some lameass used the commander hack to cripple the airfield with jeeps.
I did some searching, but could find nothing the forum about this.
Is this new, or just new to me?
Is it a bug? a hack?
All I know is that it really sucks.

There is a new bug every week, its as if the code has become self aware.

I do not think it is a hack, probably just mega lag from all the jeeps falling.

Something similar happened to me once, I had no idea they could pause the freaking server, I was flying a jet, and just stopped, and it said "paused" I thought I was tripping on the paint fumes in there

Another bug Ive been getting the last week, it continues to change the zoom on the mini map. I like it xoomed all the way out, it insists I have it all the way in.

The last time I was in a game and the vehicles stopped working, it turned out to be Counter Strike Source.

This is not new...although i think it is rare. I have had this quite a few times but not for ages (like pre 1.3). Its a server side disorder and sometimes its not all vehicles

Server needs a reset.

It's similar to when you throw a grenade, but don't throw it. Then when you actually see your arm go through the motion you see two grenades fly out.

The server is not recognizing the player's input/control. That's my best guess.

Its obviously a secret weapon being used by the enemy....making you an easy target for enemy bombers and the like....
