Yes and no its not free game gota buy it at the store yes it does come with halo 3 beta which will be avalible for download in spring or something (halo3 beta is free)

There are alot of rumors going around on all the fourms GameSpot,IGN, 1up, xboxteam, and Bungie. That it comes out the 15th of April. Some people also pointed out that it probably will come out April 15 becuase Game stop is going to Release a Halo 3, 12 month card on April 20th.
