Special Forces FPS Issues..

Is it just me or Does anyone else get lower Frames Per second in Special Forces than in Vanilla Bf2, ud expect SF to render less objects, etc, cause the maps are smaller.
But anyway, who else notices a somewat major difference in frames per second in this game.....

I do suffer a bit on the night maps but generally speaking its about the same for me. Arty on SF kills my FPS while I think about it.

can i ask how you tell how many fps you have? and at what point is it considered decent

press ~ in game and type renderer.drawfps 1 and there will be an FPS renderer at the top left corner

I use a little app called FRAPS which can be found here >>> http://www.fraps.com/

It can also be used to take screen shots and videos. As a rough guide an average over 50 FPS is pretty good, I peak at 90-100 and drop to 35-40 when arty is raining on me :p

Yeah I get quite a large drop in fps on night maps (about 30 fps)

yeah i dont play sf no more i am sick of it messing up i mean it's not like it' much more load on ur grahics it's the same thing but i just dont know why it run's like a dog with 3 leg's and bf2 normal run's fine (most time's) i get around 78 fps on normal with an x800gto2 clocked from 400 gpu to 550 and mem fromis now at 615 i get only 38-48 if i am luckey and the same setting's all on high no shaddows and that light thing turned off, i tell ya if ea dident rush that game out and done it properly ii would be loveing it oh well ''
