we have a wait in line rule, that is enforced, TK for vehicle is a kick/ban

but we do have trouble starting our server, it never gets populated, mainly coz or damn squad leader wants to stack us

I dont mind that. Keeps the air-whoring down to a respectable level At least someone is doing something they should - taking out enemies in the sky.
