Jet road kill?

I was just looking at my stats and it says O have 399 road kills in a jet, what exactly does that mean?

road kills are when u do a low pass on a runway/carrier and wing clip people. i think it may also include kills from indirect kills like a player dies from the blast of a vehicle that he was next to, but not in.

Ok thanks guys, I haven't rammed that many people so it must of been people I've bombed that died from the blast.

well dont quote me on it, its just my best guess as to what it could be since i also dont wingclip 100's of people

ramms = road kills
bomb blasts = kills, not road kills

why would one want to know how many roadkills they made, really? Why is it a part of the stats?

I also believe that if you damage a vehicle to the point that its on fire and the enemy jumps out and the resulting explosion kills them then that counts towards road kills.

+ if you actually ROAD KILL them with your jet.. IE low swoop.

I would think that it was that you killed them on the road, considering that a road kill in armor or transport means running them over, but it seems likely that if you bomb a vehicle and they jump out and the blast kills them it says playername[HMMW]playername. and that could be a roadkill

i appear to have road kills for ground defense. tell me how do i ram a mounted machine gun into a tank?

I had a clan member fly through the hanger once while I was waiting for a jet to respawn. He squished me, It was a TK, put I think that would count as a road kill.

Same principle.

If you shoot/missle a jeep, chopper, tank, etc. to flames, buddy jumps out, but get shredded by the blast = Road Kill.

It's not even that..


Say you shoot at a fast moving car, he realises he has low armor on the car, he jumps out at full speed, and he is going so fast he gets killed when he jumps out.. that would count as a roadkill too.

Low swoop+full server+F-35+airfield+wake=most fun ever.

Although you have to make sure:
1. Both J-10s are down
2. Count your window of opportunity so a J-10 doesn't spawn in your face.
