Rank problem

Hello, I have a problem, and i hope someone could help me.
i have about 37,000 global points, and all basic badges, and i cant get promoted
to First Sergeant? what is the problem??!
The Requirements are:
Score: 20,000
Awards: Basic Knife Combat Badge, Basic Pistol Combat Badge, Basic Assault Combat Badge, Basic Anti-tank Combat Badge, Basic Sniper Combat Badge, Basic Spec Ops Combat Badge, Basic Support Combat Badge, Basic Engineer Combat Badge, Basic Medic Combat Badge.

you have to get those badges before 20k to be eligible for 1st seargeant

I got all the badges like at 5k points, lol....

Dw dude, your almost at 50k points, so you can just aim for that rank instead :p

yeah you would have received the lower rank at 20,000.
so you got all the awards at 5,000? w00pty ****ing d00
