Coop Mode Without Extras

Hey. I understand this topic has been covered ad-nausium (SP?), and that there are plenty of Coop and Single-Player mods out there that allow you to play 32 and 64 player maps, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod that didn't tweak a whole bunch of other stuff? I'm looking to be able to play Coop with more bots on a bigger map, but I'm not interested in changing the damage or weapon configuration or any of that. I actually like the game the way it is.

Is this possible? Has it been done?

Wow! I can't believe there's nothing out there to allow you to play larger coop games without getting someone else's tweaks to go with it. That's too bad. Anyone out there interested in a remedy for that?

You don't really need any "mod" to play larger maps; you just need to download the larger maps. That's pretty much all that xstax981's BF2SP64 package does; the only non-map changes he makes are to improve the bots' use of boats and AT mines.
