What's a good mod?

I want a realistic mod, with maby new guns, modern, maby a Canadian Army, and lot's of people playing it.

I just watched some videos and it looks amazing, the tanks, weapons, accuracy.
But is the team play real? What I seen in the videos are teams covering each other, but does that happen in the actual gameplay?

I can't recommend Project Reality enough.

It's just awesome

Makes vanilla Bf2 look like childs play.
