It's gotta be psychological. A lot of people hold the "I will destroy BF2 for you by stalking you" philosophy.
I have done it myself...but I still think its funny. It's just a game.

We could counter-stalk this guy. I think a solid round of knifing/reviving would teach him a lesson.

I got one. He follows me around servers for the sole purpose to annoy me and make playing BF2 impossible.

I have my suspicions but i think it is a player who I reported which resulted in him getting a stats reset.

Yes, those players are quite annoying. I can only suggest playing on servers with active admin. I see the .uk so this may be a futile suggestion but try the insomnia servers. They are now admined by BFROE full time. If anyone causes problems, screen shot and drop in their forums. The offending players are usually banned within 24 hours. The BFROE guys have done a great job cleaning up the servers and are extremely responsive.

The player 'habba' usually forces tk's on me and I'm the one who gets kicked. It's normally his friends that team kill me directly.

i have a list of people i like to kill. but i get on the other team and try to kill them as much as possible. but i don't stalk them server to server.

actually there is a team of dudes out there who's sole mission is to track down and totally mess with people who have been caught cheating,hacking,glitching,body-camping etc etc

if you can find them then maybe you can hire them

Usually stalkers are a result of revenge or admiration. In this case, sounds like revenge of some sort. Hope you can "shake" this fool. Perhaps find something he hates to play?
