I'd probably do whatever my favorite server did, whether it was TBF2 map packs or PoE2 or PR. When you find a server with a good group of regulars you stick with it.

I like the stats system, but if they dropped it I wouldn't really care. While it is nice to keep track of how you're doing, I play the game for fun.

Exactly, non-asshat wise this is how you get the best out of the game. Or you could simply play 24/7 Karkand IO hell all the time and then come on here to hail the death of BF2 a few times a day.
