BF2 Retro Night

I was thinking of organising a BF2 retro night, all install bf2 with no patches and go play on a unranked server, what do you guys think?

I've been thinking exactly same idea for some time. I'm in if we get enough people to do it. Are there servers still active with version 1.0? Oh, would it be 1.0 or some later version 1.03 maybe?

i reinstalled not long ago and before i patched i had a quick go online and there where quite a few servers full. it was ace i had highpings on most of them but i was cool to shoot in the air

sadly - the gsp have rules - they must update the verions as soon as they come out - might find some that have old versions laying around

there are 3 to 5 1.03 servers about but good luck getting in them, there is a lineup of about 500 people spamming join till they get in them. and before you scream ZOMG 1.03 ZEILIGAL, 2 of these said servers are RUN BY totalBF2
