BF2 Login Down?

Just as the topic states, is the Battlefield 2 account login down? I've tried logging into my Battlefield 2 account and it just sits there.. Causing me to restart my computer (Because you can't minimize it when it's logging in).

yep looks like its down atm, but next time instead of restarting just cntrl+alt+del and end task bf2. :)

You can't minimize, but you can task switch. :p Or easier, just hit Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up the task list, move your mouse around until you see it over the task list, select BF2.exe (or ~e5.0001, either one), right-click, and select "End Process Tree".

At any rate, yeah, I'm getting the same thing. Unless they've changed it, though, EA normally does server maintenance around this time every week, so I guess we just have to wait an hour or so. :)

I actually did try doing that, it still didn't work... It even happened with my friend! This game is worthless, and as my friend told me, they can't even add a 'time out' like EVERYBODY else. Pathetic I tell you!

I'm comforted to know that this is a problem that is not my fault in the least.

I just spent the last twenty minutes searching for malware that didn't exist, because of this little server-outage of EA/Gamespy. :laugh:

Yeah it down, and its a real pain as I was just aloud to wear my clans Tag :cry:
