been coming to this site for last two years when i download a mod i open it but it never shows up is there a forum on how to load the mod into bf2 or can u give me a quick run down on how to load the mods once i download them

If you are talking about Special Forces or the expansions EF or AF, say so. I'm going to assume you mean other mods. Each of those mods generally has a website or website area and a forum for their own support. Also each has very similar installations but generally pretty straight forward. Name the mod and you can get more specific help.
