Well.. i must say for the most part the update is a good one.. i just updated the other day.. so collecting medals and ranking up is alota fun.
But i have a few problems with the updates aswell
First off and probably the one thing that pisses me off the most about the updates.. you can no longer jump in midair and lay down before you hit the ground.
This was a great way of dodging attacks and it added a bit of "freestyle" to the game.. now i do not understand why they took this and the whole firing or throwing while your jumping thing out..
In my opinion its stupid.. i mean in real life.. you can jump and shoot.. in real life you can jump and throw a c4.
Why not here?
Now the feel of my character feels more like a stick in the mud than a fine tuned soldier.
Not only that but jumping and throwing was a good way to add some distance to your nades and c4 throws.. and in no way do i see that as a exploit or nothing.. its more like an advantage gained with time and skill..
also.. with the new update comes a new problem for me.. about 70% of the servers kick me off almost instantly for having to high a ping.. but the thing is i dont have to high a ping.. it is usually in the 60-110 range. and that is totally good for lag free play....
The only thing is when i join a sever i have a kinda ping spike.. and before it goes down (within 15 seconds) i usually get kicked.
also.. It seems like there are a ton more cheaters in this new version.. honestly in the old games the same 100 people played and if you played for about 5 days you would end up playing with most of them.. and not one of them cheated.. sure ocasionally you would find a cheater.. but i have been seeing them everyday with the new update.. and its not just my imagination.. some of the folks are openly admiting to cheating.
All and all i would say that its a good update.. but i want my jump throw back.
