Vechile Spawns ...

Is there any way of changing the spawn time for vechiles
(tanks, helicopters, APC, etc) to spawn faster or slower??
or in different areas of the map?? Any help would be greatly
appreciated. :)

That's where you find all flags, spawns, vehicle spawns and everything.

Editor is easier though, but for minor tweaking notepad is faster. If you know what you're looking for. Not to mention editor needs to be set up correctly.
