I purchased and installed the AF and EF booster packs. When i go to load a Euro map it says that i need to purchase the game and directs me to EA's web site. I already registered the game with EA, what can i do ?

did you install the game using a CD or online?

If you look in the booklet, you'll see that it says you must register online.
