That, and it was taking 30K points to your next from the one you are currently at(at the time you got it), imaging shoving 30K in that small bar, compared to 150 for your first. It'll look full...but really isn't. I don't know if that made sense at all...

Dude, your problem is this: You did not meet the requirments for 1st sgt, so it will show you as full all the way to your next rank, at 50000. Sorry bout that.
