Can someone please help me?

Need Help!

All of a sudden out of no where my mouse doesnt seem to be workng once
i am in game trying to choose a team. It works fine in the menu area and also while loading for me to click join game etc but once im in the game and i have to choose a team all of a sudden my mouse doesnt seem to move and none of the buttons on the keyboard work either, i have to ctrl alt delete
to get to desktop and then click once for my mouse icon to appear then end task for bf2 while it says its running (Note: it doesnt say not responding).

Please can anyone help me with this annoying problem i seem to be having just recently last 2 days.

Anyone else have anything similar to this ever happen to them?

I have the latest patches and all game was running perfect except for the last two days for some reason.

you might wana try setting your controls to defaults again, may or may not work but worth a try.

is it a cordless setup? do you have any and all drivers that maybe required?

Hey thanx alot man i went to controls and for some weird reason everthing was blank so i just reset to default and everything works normal again

wierd, i was about to assume u were a big nOoB, and say it a little thing called startup lag, which i have a terrible case of, dont know about anyone else tho, but your description sounded exactly like what i go thru when i join a game lol

i am kinda a noob dont know the whole ins and outs of bf2

but ive got a nice net connection i dont get much lag

like i said for some weird reason all the controls had been deleted so i just reset to default
