Well on are server we are really strict about attacking the uncap, except for spec ops. But if some one is shooting out of the uncap or sitting on an igla, they are fair game.

Cool, now that's fair.

The prime example is a great ground pounder .... If a good pilot gets up there is little he can do about it. But, if the ground pounder can get to the airfield and engage the enemy player on the ground he will probably win and prevent a pilot from launching that he would be otherwise unable to damage.

Pretty much, then I have to tolerate them constantly dropping 5000 lbs of ordinance on my head, or cutting me down in choppers the entire round. In war, the first thing you want to do is disable the enemy's airforce before it has a chance to organize, and scramble their fighters - you bomb their airfield. A reliable way of keeping air superiorty - who gets to the air first has the best chance.

With these kind of stupid rules, the air whores always get up in the air unchallenged, and can rape from there.

is moongamers the server where they have the rule where you cant command 2 rounds (or armys) in a row? say rounds go SAS-SPETZ-SAS. your not allowed to command either 2 rounds in a row, -OR- even SAS - SAS. I'm not sure if it was that server, but its a pretty stupid rule. I dont see how roe or ea could allow that.

i was kicked from their carkand server for attacking a uncap when i was us trying to take hotel......................... go figure

seriously tho their rules are insane and nearly every one breaks the roe in some form

We do have an uncap rule, it is there to give both sides a chance to regain ground and make it so players will not spawn/die/spawn/die, etc, we feel that's not as fun of a game...hence the uncap rule. The rule applies to firing from mobile ground vehicles or air equipment. It does not apply to Commander arty, infantry, wingtipping or squishies, those are permitted.
"Camping" doesn't apply to the Igla, he was simply utilizing it as anti-air. I believe that is its very purpose. If he's good with it and shoots you down, that is not an excuse to break the rules; this is when you can actually exit the plane and go use some C4 on the Igla. I will point out that if you were considering his use of the Igla to be "camping", and he shot you down more than once, and you were back in the plane...well, extrapolate where I'm going with this.

edit: seeing posts about being kicked for killing admins...this is not something that we allow. Most of the time, however, we find that if you killed an admin and were kicked it was because you broke a rule to obtain that kill, such as spawn camping, or something similar along those lines.

no point in trying to argue with them. they are another one of those groups that think they can tell everyone how to play

they make it more of a job than a game trying to play on one of their servers with 908237496785636286423 rules, just make sure to avoid them.

I dont think you really got the point of this topic.
And im sure you wont even take a second look at it but im going to try and explain my view to you a bit better.

I am not pissed he was on the IGLA (CAMPING ISN'T THE ISSUE!!) I could care less if he wants to do that The issue here is the fact that hes allowed to attack me and I cant attack him or defend my self against him unless i wish to be kicked. Now had i repeatedly gone for the IGLA in the base weather some one was on it or not i would understand the baseraping thing. however to expect a player to just sit there and take shots from an AA gun when ever he is near it, such as flying over say the hotel or the construction site is rediculous and the fact that you just told me i was suposed to allow it offends me and only makes you and your people gain even more of a lack of respect from me. and before you say dont go over those bases I'm gona tell you how stupid that is, what am i suposed to do break off a chase on an enemy jet just cause he isnt over but only near his base? **** that, he will just circle around and get on my ***. and to comment on your c4 idea. are you crazy? you must be because in case you didn't know and who knows maybe you didnt the IGLA respawns in 40secs and why the hell for that mater would i be concerned with the thing if i was on the ground seriously think before you type, or maybe you got your *** and your mouth mixed up, yeah you might wana fix that. your methods dont make sense and i think you and your admins use these rules because with out them they can not be sucsesful in this game. I wasnt even base raping I WAS FOLLOWING YOUR RULES the IGLA isnt a jet or armor or helicopter or even a fricken jeep. it is an unessential asset when baseraping is not allowed and the rule is being enforced. maybe you mother ****ers should make another stupid ****ing rule if you dont want baseraping NO USE OF BASE AA how bout that. oh wait no you wont do that because you don't make rules for the players you make them for your admins. Shame on you. SHAME ON you ****ers I will never join your server again with out an apology as I have already apologized to the admin before being kicked. and I hope that the people who view this topic will avoid your server and populate the less popular servers who dont make or enforce these obsurd rules.
