is it really that necessary???to you actually get a performancw boost overclocking ram???i never heard of your ram but those speed have the power to be overclocked...i would not overclock value ram though :p -

raising your fsb, strictly speaking, overclocks your ram. (edit: this is intended in the general sense)
recommend against altering voltages unless you know exactly what you're doing, and don't mind buying new ram and a new motherboard as a worst-case scenario.
