Pick up a Medics kit but can't shoot?

So I was playing last night and a Medic died in front of my eyes! Being the good/nice player that I am. I pick up his kit to revive him. But to my surprise, he had no ammo left. So I requested some ammo and a Support guy threw me a bag, but it wouldn't refill my clip. This is the second time it's happened to me.

Any thoughts?

Lmao...please dont stop playing as team-member just cause their is a bug. I have had this happen to me before and there doesnt seem to be any reason for it other than I think it is a bug EA invented to keep us writing about their "incompetence". There are so many bugs they have to be done on purpose...its the Russian mafia...or Bill Gates...or the EA/Alien conspiracy...sorry I digress.

I think you may have had the "zombie" bug. You may think you had a kit, but you really didn't. It happens, and the best you can hope for is someone puts a bullet in your head and kills you.

sounds alot like the zombie bug go pick up another kit and see if the kit you thought you had gets dropped. thats how you test it.

I thought that when you got zombiefied you didn't have your knife or pistol. I've never been zombiefied so I have no idea. I've only ever seen the poor bastards running around like retards. Usally I'll just put a bullet in their head to end their suffering, and I would expect the same.
