Re: Kicking for claymore use?
Unfortunatelly it is, too bad though.
If you were spammig the clays to get cheap kills, I agree on the kick (even though it's against the ROE)
But if you were using them to protect yourself while sniping etc. Then I disagree on the kick - aye, against RoE. -
Re: Kicking for claymore use?
One thing I hate...people asking if, "Was this kick reason against ROE?" Like the ROE isn't already blatant. If you read it...you know it's against the ROE.
1. Getting Kicked for Claymore Use: You're Pathetic
2. Posting about it in a forum: Getting Closer
3. Realizing you're an idiot for not understanding what is stated in the ROE: Priceless
Please, let's stop these nonsensical posts.Comment

Maybe, maybe not as this thread shows:Originally posted by LeehamIs it against the ROE to kick someone for using claymores in INF Only game?
To sum it up, this guy was going for his expert explosives badge and got kicked for stat padding by an admin. The answer from EA was that it was a borderline case and up to the server to decide whether the player or admin was right.Comment

But easy kills, which I like.Originally posted by CTD-CaptainBuckQFT. spamming clays in infy only requires 0 skill
Don`t care what takes skill. As long as I can get a kill.
I rarely spam claymores. I don`t seem to get any kills that way when I do. But it might be the fact that I don`t play Karkand.
Cheap tactics FTW!Comment

Re: Kicking for claymore use?
Infantry only is a series of six medics running around reviving each other.
Claymores are just a nice little way that I can even out the odds. Especially when it's followed up closely with a well placed grenade on the dead body of the person who fell to my claymore (Who is inevitably about to be ressurected), and my pistol ready to mop up any remnants.
I'll gladly use my cheap tactics to defend a flag from an enemy squad. Why would I care if they cry about it, when I alone am the last one standing, while their entire squad is forced to respawn?
Maybe next time they'll learn to do what I do; and avoid corridors, and tight corners.
Just like I've learned to rush grenade spammers, and I've learned to leave nasty suprises on dead bodies for the medic to enjoy...
I just wish they'd make Claymores destructable by grenades again.
Anyhow. Any enforced rule that prevents the use of certain weapons is against the ROE. Report them and lock this thread.Comment
