Re: w/l ratio
I play entirely for a win, nothing else motivates me, and my W/L ration is just below 1. (.89).
Another stat that really doesn't mean much and can be affected by many factors.
I play to win, but losing is part of winning. I go down swinging on some of the worst teams you've ever seen. Only if it's slaughter and I'm in a crappy mood do I disconnect. Honorable play is one thing, letting a game get to you is another.
I play mostly on clan servers, and often times against stacked teams. Infuriating, but "when in Rome". I have made several routs become drawn out affairs by not giving up on taking spawns, or refusing to give up the last one.
Sometimes it's hopeless and you know it with still 100 tickets left , but you fight on. You'd be surprised some of the great moves and resourceful things you can come up with under duress. I'd say half the whacked out , amazing scramble moves I've made that look like cheating , happen when your back is against the wall. Out of necessity you end up fighting harder and more on the edge.
