I usually play to win, and I never switch teams just because my team is getting whipped, although if they suck too much I do sometimes kick back and snipe for a while.

The reason why you haven't seen a thread about W/L ratio is that people with a high ratio often are considered WTJ (winning team joiner).

Even if you are totally pro and own on the server, your team can lose anyway because of the other idiots on your team who prefer to stay at one spot killing eachother, and NEVER cap flags.
