Server Refused?

Ok, here is my problem. When I try and log in i get a "Account Server Refused"(or somtin along those lines) message. It won't let log in. Right before it i had uninstalled the game, downloaded 1.41, got the game reinstalled and installed the patch. But i remember it saying i have to restart my computer after i installed the game....i didn't, i just installed the patch. I tryed getting rid of my account and reviving it but after i deleted it it won't let me revive it, i get the "ACCOUNT SERVER REFUSED" message. I know its not a fire wall problem or something like that.

Any help will be MUCH welcomed!

Did it. Still got the same problem :cussing:. Is it just 1.41 is a crappy patch?
