Install the ActiveX it asks you to install to run the scan.
After the scan it'll let you know what ram you have and what they offer as an upgrade.
Works great. Although once you figure out what you need. I'd get my ram from Newegg.com
They are great to deal with, offer alot of diff. brands and speeds.
And if you ever have to RMA again they are easy to deal with.
