So I've seen quite a few people get accused of aimbots and whatnot, but I've also read alot about "bullet deviation" which is programmed to be random if I am not correct. So how would it even be possible to make an aimbot? Are there only really ****ing good players that get whined at by "noobs", or do people actually have the ability to change such a large part of the game?

Probably 1% of the people that get called hackers actually hack.

I can't stand when people start ****ing accusing people of hacking if they just kill them.

yes, i checked the stats of someone and found that with the medic gun he had 339 kills with 964 shots fired. that's less than 3 shots for each kill. when i ran into him he was using the mec medic gun on full auto. he never missed one shot in 339 kills.

1 bullet to head = a kill

hes averaged ~3 bullets per kill, with headshots and injured enemies that figure is pretty spot on.

I think most of the assumption of hackers if the game itself. I have seen some funky stuff, but have also done funky stuff. When I seemed to get my butt kicked by some one and I check their states, they usually are worse than me with the weapon they are killing me with.

People are too quick to shout hack! It seems to have become more so recently.

A lot of servers have language settings for swearing and other words, personally i think the word "hack" should be added with an instant kick for anyone using it!!

It annoys me when i kill someone a couple of times, and their rank is private..mine Captain, and they start shouting hack because they have read somewhere that there are hacks on BF2 and surely no one can get the better of them when they have played the game for 12 whole hours so they must be hacking!!!!!!!!!!!

Hacks are however EASY to get for the game. Did a quick google...site #1 sells hacks for pretty much all the popular FPS games!

For BF2, public aimbots don't really exist. I don't know about paysites, but all aimbots I've come up to are really useful for real beginners, retarded or snipers. Random deviation and all bunnying and other stuff makes an aimbot in combat obsolete compared to good aim.

About aimbots, to use one effectively you need a one-shot-kill weapon to head and you need to use it on single. Now if you see someone shooting on semi-auto all the time he's either dumb or even more dumb and trying to aimbot people. And for aimbot you also need a low ping and fast computer. On a 64-player server not every system could run overlays and all stuff hack takes smoothly, especially with full viewdistance and no fog.
