You're saying that the plane on the bottom is bigger than the one on top? I'm guessing you're saying that because the plane on top reaches through your craptastic lines. Well just to help you out on a little thing called angels, the line through the middle is basicly 0degrees across the bottom plane, while the top plane is tilted a good 10-15 degrees up. That is why the top plane's cockpit is going through your top line.

Also, there's no way the two planes would be the same because there is no way that the two planes are exactly the same distance from the camera.
