New Memory

Hey guys!

Im about to upgrade my ram to 2GB...Currently i have 2x512MB..
Im looking for 2x1GB Sticks..but i dont know what to chose..

i dont know exactly how much money i can spend right now but rougly maybe 100-150 or sumthin like that..but we will see...

heres my specs

Pentium 4 2.8Ghz
1GB Memory
BFG 7800GS OC
500w PSU

To find out what type of RAM you currently have you need to download a program called CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpu-z-138.zip

Run it and go to the "SPD" tab and tell me the "max bandwidth" and "frequency".

ok heres the info.

max bandwidth
PC3200 (200 Mhz)

Frequency
200 Mhz

Btw im not a complete wizz with computers but i know a fair amount..

and it was my uncle that fitted the ram and picked it..it was a while ago..when i didnt know too much about comps..
